Connecting your LOCATE account to Inventory Planner

To set up an Inventory Planner account, go to to enter your email and password.

You'll then select a platform where your product and order history can be synced from in order to populate Inventory Planner. Here you'll select LOCATE.

Set up LOCATE API access

Add a user for Inventory Planner in LOCATE Settings:

  1. In LOCATE Inventory, create a user in Setup and Users for Inventory Planner. We recommend to use a separate user from your regular login.

  2. Click on Manage, Groups and add the user to Administrators group to enable access to LOCATE API.

  3. Enter your LOCATE domain, user and password in the connection form.
