Updating purchase orders with bulk actions
If you need to update several purchase orders at a time, you can use bulk actions to save time. On the Stock Orders list, select the purchase orders that you want to update using the checkboxes on the left side, then click “Bulk Actions” at the bottom of the screen.
The bulk actions allow you to:
export purchase orders either as a summary or with details of each line item
reopen closed purchase orders
change the type or source of a purchase order
remove a purchase order
When reopening a closed purchase order, note that any unreceived items will be considered on order (for purchase orders) or transferring (for transfers).
To change a purchase order to a transfer or vice versa, update the vendor of a purchase order, or select a different source warehouse for a transfer, select “Set Source” in the bulk actions menu.
When removing a purchase order using the bulk actions menu, note that the purchase order or transfer will not be automatically deleted in your connected platform.
If you delete a purchase order in error, you can retrieve it by using the filters at the top of the page to look for “Removed” purchase orders.
