Exporting individual stock orders

To export a stock order, click into the stock order, then click "Actions" on the upper right-hand side of the page and choose your desired export format.

Once the file is has downloaded, you can treat the document as any other document.

Customize a stock order export

When you export a stock order, it will export the metrics and columns displayed on screen. You can amend what is displayed in the export by clicking on the gear icon on the top left-hand side, where you can pick which columns are displayed and in what order.

When selecting a CSV export, you can also choose to export all available columns instead of the ones displayed on the stock order.

Note: By default, retail prices are not available on purchase order exports. Please get in touch with Inventory Planner's support team if you would like to enable retail prices on purchase order exports.

Exporting multiple stock orders

You can export up to 20 individual stock orders in bulk to PDF files from the Stock orders page. Select the stock orders you want to export, then click Bulk actions > Export to PDF.

Then, select which template to use:

  • The default template for the vendor or order type

  • Select a specific template

Each stock order is generated as an individual PDF with the relevant template, delivered together in a single zipped download.

Automated stock orders emails

If you need to export the stock orders list regularly, you can set up an automation to email the list on a schedule you specify.
