Emailing multi-delivery purchase orders to vendors
You can email your vendor a multi-delivery purchase order in either CSV or PDF format.
CSV files contain a breakdown of each delivery, while PDF files only display the combined total for each order line.
To email your vendor, when viewing the multi-delivery PO, click “Email” on the top right-hand side.
Note: It’s not currently possible to email individual deliveries from within Inventory Planner.
Exporting multi-delivery purchase orders
You can export your multi-delivery purchase order in CSV, PDF or HTML format.
CSV files contain a breakdown of each delivery, while PDF and HTML files only display the combined total for each order line.
To export your multi-delivery POs, click “Actions” then choose the format for the export.
Exporting deliveries
You can also export individual deliveries in PDF or CSV format.
To export a delivery, when viewing the delivery, click “Actions” then choose the format for the export.
Saving multi-delivery purchase orders to external platforms
Individual deliveries can be saved to external ERP/WMS platforms like Brightpearl, Linnworks, Cin7, etc. They’re created as standard purchase orders in those platforms.
Each delivery can be saved separately and becomes read-only once synced.
Note: The associated multi-delivery purchase order can’t be saved to an external platform, only its deliveries.
