If you're not receiving low stock alerts, try the following things.
Check spam
Check your spam folder to see if your emails are going there.
Search for email sender
Low stock alerts are sent from [email protected]. Search for that sender to see if filters are routing your alerts somewhere other than your inbox.
Check low stock alerts are enabled
Go to Account > Settings > Connections and warehouses and click on the cog beside your warehouse.
Ensure the "Enable low stock alerts" option is toggled on.
Then go to Account > Settings > Forecast and ensure low stock alerts are enabled.
Check your email address
Go to Account > Settings > Forecast. Scroll down to the "Alerts" section and make sure your email address is entered into the "Emails" field and that it's spelled correctly.
Check sending schedule
Review the days of the week when you are to receive email alerts.
Check other settings
In Account > Settings > Forecast, check to see if delta alerts are enabled. If enabled, you'll only receive a notification the first time an item needs to be replenished - i.e. even if that replenishment need hasn't been fulfilled by the time of the next alert, that item will not be included in the alert.
Check if you have asked Inventory Planner to ignore variants with negative stock. If this setting is enabled, you may not be receiving notifications for items you would expect to see on your alerts.
Low stock alerts ignore non-visible or inactive/hidden SKUs by default. Uncheck the "Ignore hidden variants in alerts" setting to include them.
Updated settings
If you update any of these settings, check to see if you receive an email as expected the next scheduled day. If you are still not receiving email alerts, contact the Inventory Planner team for assistance.
