The Stock and sales tab shows you your historic stock and sales information in graph form.

It contains four different graphs:

  • Sales

  • Revenue and profit

  • Stock

  • Stock cost

The time period for these graphs is set in Replenishment – changing the date range in Replenishment affects the metrics used for the graphs.

The data is warehouse-specific. You can change the warehouse using the dropdown in the Details page header.

Each graph can be viewed full screen and exported either as an image or in a spreadsheet using the menu icon on the top right-hand side.

Sales graph

The sales graph displays the variant’s sales for the period, broken down by month. Hover over a bar to see more information about the month’s sales, or click on it to view the data for the month on a day level.

Note that the sales graph uses the original sales data, without factoring in excluded sales or adjusted past sales values, as those are only used for forecasting.

Revenue and profit graph

The revenue and profit graph shows you your revenue and profit for the period, broken down by month. Hover over a bar to see more information about the figures, or click on it to view the data for the month on a day level.

Note that like the sales graph, the revenue and profit graph uses the original sales data without factoring in excluded sales or adjusted past sales values, as those are only used for forecasting.

Stock graph

The stock graph shows how your inventory level for the variant has changed over the past year in units. Hover over any point on the line to see the figure for a specific date.

Stock cost

The stock cost graph shows how your inventory holdings for the variant has changed over the past year in terms of cost. Hover over any point on the line to see the figure for a specific date.
