Connecting your Unleashed account to Inventory Planner
To set up an Inventory Planner account, follow the signup procedure.
After signing up, you'll select a platform from where your product and order history can be synced in order to populate Inventory Planner. Here you'll select Unleashed.
Setting up Unleashed API access
You will need an Unleashed API ID and key in order to connect to Inventory Planner. To retrieve these, log into Unleashed and go to Integration > Unleashed API access in the menu.
Copy the API ID and Key, then navigate back to Inventory Planner and enter them into the relevant fields.
Then click "Connect" to connect your store and start the sync process.
Purchase orders workflow
Inventory Planner's demand forecasting will be used to produce purchase orders. Once saved, those purchase orders will sync to Unleashed. After the sync, you will process those purchase orders in Unleashed, including receiving, editing, or cancelling the purchase orders.
Product information, sales history, vendor information, and previously created purchase orders will all sync from Unleashed to Inventory Planner on the first sync, then will be updated automatically every 24 hours.
