Connecting your Cin7 account to Inventory Planner
To set up an Inventory Planner account, follow the signup procedure.
After signing up, you'll select a platform from where your product and order history can be synced in order to populate Inventory Planner. Here you'll select Cin7.
Add API access for Inventory Planner in Cin7 Settings by performing the following steps:
In Cin7, click the dropdown in the top right-hand corner, then go to Settings > Integrations > API v1. Alternatively, use the direct link.
Click the Add API connection button to add the connection to Inventory Planner. We recommend using InventoryPlanner as the app name.
Make a note of the username found at the top of the page: Auth / API Username.
Copy the generated key (use the Reset link if you need to generate a new one).
Use the Permissions link in the connections table to configure the connection for Inventory Planner:
βEnter the username and the key in your Inventory Planner settings.
βClick Connect to connect your store and start the sync process.
