ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment
ShipHero and ShipHero Fulfillment are separate apps. ShipHero is a warehouse management service (WMS) while ShipHero Fulfillment is an ecommerce solution for direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
Before connecting your account, you must determine which service you are using. The easiest way is to check the URL when logged in:

Connecting your account
To connect your ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment account to Inventory Planner, follow these steps:
In your ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment account, add a third-party developer as described here. The developer email needs to be a unique email. This email is only needed in order to generate the access and refresh tokens - it's not connected in any way to the developer.
To set up an Inventory Planner account, follow the signup procedure.
After signing up, you'll select a platform from where your product and order history can be synced in order to populate Inventory Planner. Here you'll select ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment.
In the form provided, enter the access token and refresh token generated by ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment in the form in Inventory Planner.
Click Connect at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Finally, click Finish Configuration and Start Initial Sync.
Your data from ShipHero or ShipHero Fulfillment will start to sync to Inventory Planner. You will see an alert in the lower left corner of Inventory Planner when the sync has completed.
