Summary
Send emails automatically to chosen recipients with pre-defined Reports attached as CSV files. Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders can also be automated by scheduling stock order "batches" to create new POs on a recurring basis with relevant filters in mind (eg. replenishment needs, vendor and warehouse details) or Transfers with filters and prioritization considered (eg. when Available Stock is limited, prioritize transfers quantities based on warehouses with the highest Replenishment needs).

Automate Purchase Orders
Define your Destination Warehouse and which and from which Warehouse to use Replenishment From. Proceed confirming in Automate Multiple Purchase Orders.
Automate Transfer Orders
For our Transfer Orders we have a Prioritization Method.
Prioritization Methods for Transfer Orders
When adding Destination Warehouse, we offer the possibility of prioritization methods for batch Destination Warehouses. When there is insufficient stock in the Source Warehouse we use Primary Method (in case of tie we use the Secondary Method) to determine how to distribute the stock. We attempt to satisfy Replenishment for the top priority warehouse before considering Replenishment for the next priority.
Methods:
Stock Cover: First fulfill replenishment recommendations for the warehouse that has lowest stock cover.
Warehouse Replenishment: First fulfill replenishment recommendations for the warehouse that has highest replenishment needs.
Manual: First fulfill replenishment recommendations for the warehouse that has the lowest priority. Use the handles to drag & drop warehouses in the correct order.
A pop-up will appear, click Save and Enable if you are sure about the configuration and to confirm the Automation creation.
