Follow these instructions to get started with Retail Analytics:

Registering for Retail Analytics

  1. Create an account using your work email address

  2. Verify your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email

  3. Click "Let's start" and provide all the required information as prompted

  4. Sync your Shopify account by following the steps in the right-hand column

  5. Connect other data sources your organization has access to (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Brightpearl) to enhance and unlock further functionality

  6. After connecting your data sources, click "Start Data Ingestion" to begin

  7. Wait for your data to sync. Please allow between 24 and 72 hours for all current and historic data to be fully integrated.

Once your account is ready to use, you'll get an email from us.

Inviting other users to Retail Analytics

  1. To add new users to your organisation, go to Settings > Organisations > Org. name > All users.

  2. Click the Invite users button at the top right.

  3. New users receive an email inviting them to create an account and join your organisation.

Note that all invited users have the ability to view and generate the report, to add or remove data sources and to invite new users.

Once your report has been generated, you can also add a user in the Home or Reports pages by clicking the Share button on the top right-hand side of the page.

Accessing Retail Analytics from Inventory Planner

A menu item is available in the navigation bar making it easy to switch to Retail Analytics if you require further insights into the sales and marketing performance of your products. Clicking it will open Retail Analytics in a new tab.

This menu item will only display once you've connected Retail Analytics and Inventory Planner.
