Connecting Retail Analytics

Once you have created your Retail Analytics organization, it can be connected to Inventory Planner to provide insight into the sales and advertising performance of your products directly in the Replenishment and Inventory KPIs reports.

The connection utilizes OAuth for secure authentication, ensuring data privacy between the two platforms. Data is synced overnight based the timezone selected in your Retail Analytics account.

Adding a new connection

  1. In Inventory Planner, go to Account > Settings > Connections & Warehouses and click "+ New Connection"

  2. Select Retail Analytics, then click "Connect".

  3. You will be redirected to an authorization page to approve permissions for Inventory Planner. You will need to log into Retail Analytics (powered by Conjura) if you are not already logged in.

  4. If you have access to more than one organization, choose the relevant one from the dropdown. Additional organizations can be connected later.

  5. Save your new connection. It is then ready to sync.

Note: If multiple Shopify stores are connected to one organization, Inventory Planner will pull data for all stores from a single connection.

Connecting multiple Retail Analytics organisations

You can connect multiple organizations to the same Inventory Planner account by repeating the above process for each organization.
